This machine is very easy to operate. Just turn on the power and wait for 2-5 minutes for plate to warm up. Put the product to be packed on the platform, pull the film and wrap the product. Important Meat Wrapper & Storage TipsWhen wrapping meats for storage, you need to make sure the meat is sealed properly so no air stays in the package. Unless you have an extremely large family or you're storing foods in a restaurant environment, large quantities of meat should be split into separate smaller quantities before wrapping and freezing so they'll thaw quicker when removed from the freezer to use.
By using smaller packages, you also reduce the risk of the wrapping film tearing and exposing the meat to the air, which could easily cause freezer burn. You should also put some freezer paper between pieces of meat such as burgers, chops or steaks to make them easier to separate while
they're still frozen.
